By using Mætkort you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
Mætkort helps you discover food and drink venues, save and organise places, follow venues, and claim venue offers. Venue information comes from public sources and partners and may be incomplete or out of date; we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party venue data.
Accounts
You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
Offers
Offers are provided by venues, not by Mætkort. Terms, availability, and redemption are set by the venue. We are not a party to the transaction between you and a venue, and offers may change or end at the venue’s discretion. Sponsored or paid placements are labelled.
Vendor analytics
Vendor analytics are provided for operating and improving your Mætkort presence. You must not attempt to identify individual consumers from aggregate metrics, combine Mætkort analytics with other datasets to re-identify users, or resell Mætkort analytics to another party.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no fraudulent offer redemption, and no uploading unlawful or infringing content.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Mætkort. [Adjust to the governing jurisdiction before launch.]
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or on the website.
